Products and Prices
When making his/her order, the customer shall be informed as to the availability of the Product he/she wishes to select. For any queries regarding a Product’s unavailability, the customer may contact the Customer Service department by clicking on contact
However, in the exceptional event of the Product becoming unavailable after confirmation of the order , the Customer shall be informed of the fact by e-mail, no later than five (5) working days after confirmation of the order. The photographs illustrating the Products presented reproduce them as faithfully as possible, but are of no contractual value. The Customer is advised to view the description of each Product to satisfy him/herself as its basic characteristics.
Taxes and Duties
There may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs towards your order when delivery is made. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Fantastique Design Ltd / Benoit Missolin. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
Payment
Payments are made of by bank card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or by Paypal. The payment conditions such as bank transfers or against refunds are not accepted. The order validated by the customer will be considered actual only when the payment will have been credited on the Fantastique Design account. Besides, Benoit Missolin reserves the right to refuse any order of a customer with who would exist a dispute.
Delivery
Benoit Missolin delivers anywhere in the world with the exception of Russia and with the exception of post-office box addresses (P.O Box). We do deliver in Hong-Kong. Benoit Missolin will make its best efforts to ensure delivery of the order, enclosing the evidencing invoice, within an average of two (2) working days and a maximum of fifteen (15) working days from the day following the date of payment of the order. It is hereby specified that orders booked on the benoitmissolin website on Friday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. onwards, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders booked on the Benoit Missolin website on public holidays will likewise be processed the next working day. The articles ordered by the customer are delivered to the address given by the customer. The customer can have the products delivered to a different address from his/her own. Delivery will not be made in the event of force majeure (frustration),transport strike and/or postal strike. The shipping costs are shown together with the other purchase costs at the conclusion of the order process, prior to confirmation. However for the deliveries outside metropolitan FR the customer makes a commitment has to settle all the due taxes has the import of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and quite other taxes were owed by virtue of the laws of the country of reception of the order. For delivery we are using the French Post service, trackable service or Chronopost.
Right of Withdrawl
The customer shall have seven (7) working days from the date of receipt within which to return the articles he/she has ordered, at his/her own expense (excluding sales items) and without starting reasons. To be returnable, the products must be neither worn nor washed. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to the following address: Fantastique Design Warehouse , 3000 Traverse d’Orange 84110 Vaison La Romaine France. If the above started conditions are fulfilled, Benoit Missolin shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order , within fifteen (15) days of Benoit Missolin receiving the Products, which shall be borne by the Purchaser.
Return Policy
No returns or exchanges on sale items except on defective merchandise.
In case of defective merchandise, the customer shall have seven (7) working days from the date of receipt within which to return or exchange at his/her own cost, any Product ordered by the Customer if it fails to give him/her satisfaction. This time limit shall run from the date of receipt of the Products. Beyond that timelimit, Benoit Missolin may at its option refuse to make the exchange or refund.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging neither worn or washed to the following address: Fantastique Design Warehouse , 3000 Traverse d’Orange 84110 Vaison La Romaine, France
It shall the Customer’s responsibility to retain all proof of return, this implies returning his/her order by registered parcel or by any other means of ascertaining the date of the return dispatch. Any products returned other than in their original condition and packaging, particulary where they are incomplete, or have been worn or dirtied by the Customer, will not be taken back. In the event of abnormal or unreasonable returns, Benoit Missolin may refuse to honour any future order.
If the above started conditions are fulfilled, the Benoit Missolin shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order , within fifteen (15) days of Benoit Missolin receiving the Products, except for the cost of returning of the Products, which shall be borne by the Purchaser.
In the event of an exchange, Benoit Missolin will not charge the Customer for the cost it incure in re-sending the product exchanged.
